If a payment completed but the purchased credits were not delivered due to a technical error, or if you were charged in error, contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund or redeliver the credits.

Limitations
A completed payment does not by itself create a right to a refund. Refund decisions are made based on this policy and applicable law.
